As a Morning Shift Baker, you create unique and delicious desserts to satisfy our customers' sweet tooth. You follow our recipes with exactness and care, paying close attention to the details of each cookie and ensuring consistent high quality. Carefully following each step, your final products are delicious, appealing, and filled with lots of Crumbl love. You present your creations with pride and love seeing the smiles on our customers' faces.

You add to our fun and welcoming environment by instinctively serving with a smile and providing genuine customer service. One of the best aspects of your job is interacting with your team members. You are always happy to help where needed and you enjoy being part of a supportive team. To help keep our bakery running smoothly, you clean and organize as you go, safely operate equipment, and show care for all kitchen utensils as well as prepare our kitchen for the day. You are excited about the opportunity to create delectable cookies from a menu that changes weekly and love the chance to develop your baking and customer service skills!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Food, restaurant, or customer service experience as well as a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in our bakery!
