Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Outpatient Private Practice

Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Telehealth)

  • No weekends or on-call responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a modern outpatient practice. This position focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated patient care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Physicians will enjoy a manageable patient volume, excellent work-life balance, and opportunities for long-term professional growth, including partnership potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Promote preventive care and patient education.

  • Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams.

  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.

  • Manage an average patient panel of approximately 16 patients per day.

  • Participate in telehealth services on Friday mornings.

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (or equivalent specialty).

  • Active or eligible for a Delaware Medical License.

  • Current DEA registration.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
