Responsibilities:
  • Performing complex audits and reviewing financial statement audits, benefit plan audits, reviews, and compilationsย 
  • Preparing financial statements and related disclosuresย in accordance withย GAAPย 
  • Performing internal control documentation and testingย 
  • Assisting Senior Managers, Directors and Partners with consulting projectsย 
  • Training and supervising staff and review process of work papers and financial statementsย 
  • Meet budget and realization goals while supporting staff in meeting their budgeted hours and realization goalsย 
  • Identifyย problem areas and client issues and propose solutions to managersย 
  • Identifyย technical skills needed for improvement andย improveย through CPE, personal commitment, and on-the-job trainingย 
Qualifications:
  • CPA with 4โ€“7 years of public accounting audit experience
  • Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills
  • Industry experience in transportation, manufacturing, or construction is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel; CCH ProSystem fx and IDEA a plus
