Join this established, physician-owned private practice in San Antonio, Texas. With more than 65 years serving the region, the practice offers the stability of a well-established organization while maintaining the autonomy, collaboration, and physician leadership that define a true private practice model.


Opportunity Highlights
  • Join a 100% physician-owned and operated radiology group with more than 65 years of stability and a strong presence throughout San Antonio.
  • Become part of a collaborative team of nine Interventional Radiologists providing services across seven community-based hospitals.
  • Practice a broad spectrum of IR, including general interventional radiology, interventional oncology, women's health procedures, GI/GU interventions, spine procedures, biopsies, and drainages.
  • Enjoy a primarily daytime schedule with assignments designed to promote continuity, including opportunities to work consistently at the same facilities.
  • Benefit from a manageable call structure of approximately 1:9, with mostly community-hospital call volume.
  • Work alongside experienced support staff, including two APPs with plans to add a third, along with comprehensive hospital and imaging-center resources.
  • Receive a highly competitive compensation package including:
    • $600,000 base compensation
    • $50,000 sign-on bonus
    • Up to $100,000 productivity bonus
    • Internal moonlighting opportunities
    • 10 weeks of vacation annually
