About This Role

Join our dynamic team at Middleton Early Childhood Center, a NAC accredited and WI State licensed center that fosters a love for learning in young children.

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about making a positive impact in their lives.


What You'll Do
  • Support daily care, routines, and learning experiences for children
  • Follow MECC policies, DCF licensing rules, and NAC standards
  • Assist and substitute in classrooms as needed
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Light cleaning duties

Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • CPR certified (we provide training if needed)
  • Ability to carry out a routine of light to moderate physical activity
  • Health report
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not necessary

Nice To Haves

While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:

  • Prior experience working with young children
