As an Assistant Community Manager at Montfort Place Apartments, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
What You Will Do:
Support the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, and financial performance
Greet and engage prospects and residents, delivering a high level of customer service
Conduct apartment tours, identify needs, overcome objections, and close leases
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies
Manage lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
Collect and post rent, assist with delinquency management, and support eviction processes as needed
Respond to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate records using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and operational support for the community
Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Support occupancy goals and overall community performance
What You Will Bring:
1+ years of experience in multifamily housing
Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills
Positive, professional, and confident communication style
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Experience with Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM systems preferred
Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
Valid driver's license required
