Are you dedicated to bettering the lives of young children through early childhood education? We are looking for a Young Toddler Lead Teacher to join our team at SpringStone Montessori School.

SpringStone Montessori School is an early learning, private school utilizing the Montessori Method as its curriculum which promotes active learning through hands-on learning and activities.


We are looking for a Lead Teacher! The position qualifications are:


  • Has Montessori Certification or Montessori Experience
  • Must fulfill the applicant background check required by state licensing.
  • Cooperate in a team-oriented setting.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, provide feedback and guidance to parents as needed.
  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • Provide patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and positive learning environment.
  • Seeks career development opportunities.
  • Passionate in cultivating excellence and a lifelong love of learning
  • Light cleaning is expected in the classroom environment.
