Are you ready to lead a campus that's redefining what early childhood education can be? Guidepost Montessori is looking for an experienced, driven leader to become our next Head of School in the Lynnwood area - and help us prove that a better model of education isn't just possible, it's already here.

We believe the traditional classroom is broken. Kids today deserve more than rote memorization and passive learning - they deserve an environment that builds independence, confidence, and the ability to think and act for themselves. That's the promise of authentic Montessori education, and we're scaling it fast, across the U.S. and around the world. This is your chance to lead that charge from the front of your own campus.

  • Build a culture that brings our mission to life every single day
  • Cultivate a genuine sense of community among staff, parents, and children
  • Champion an exceptional Montessori program in every classroom
  • Own your campus's financial health, including budget and profitability targets
  • Partner with your Assistant Head of School to hit enrollment goals
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of outstanding teachers

  • Competitive salary: $70,000-$95,000, plus bonus opportunities
  • Real career growth - genuine paths to promotion within a fast-growing network
  • A built-in support system of peers and mentors who share what's working, campus to campus
  • Ongoing professional development to keep sharpening your leadership edge
  • Full benefits: health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 75% tuition discount for two children at any school in our network (ages 3 months-6 years)
  • The chance to build something that genuinely changes children's lives - starting with yours
What You Bring
  • Director Qualified status
  • Leadership experience in early childhood education
  • Sharp organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-first mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A knack for building a warm, high-trust team culture
  • The confidence to make tough calls, even with incomplete information
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Montessori education and what it can do for kids
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Classroom teaching experience in an early childhood setting
  • Prior experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
  • Familiarity with Montessori education or a Montessori certification

If you're ready to lead with purpose, grow a thriving community, and be part of something bigger than a job - we want to hear from you.
