Job description

Under the supervision of the branch manager and/or a senior member of staff, they will greet members and prospects in person and on the phone in a highly enthusiastic, efficient and effective manner, exhibiting above and beyond service skills. Serves as the initial source of information on membership eligibility and San Mateo Credit Union products and services. Responsible for meeting member needs, responding to inquiries, resolving member issues and directing members in the branch and lobby to the appropriate employee for service.
