Position Summary

Under close supervision, the Temporary IS Clerk will support the day-to-day operations of the IS department, including desktop support, laptop deployment, software installation, and general troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT operations and user support.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Learn how to assist with first-level desktop support by assisting users via phone, email and in-person support.
  • Assist with laptop deployment and printer setup, account access requests, and general IT service requests
  • Learn how to troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, printers, and basic network connectivity issues
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and laws enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
  • Provides service that aligns with the Credit Union's mission of passionately delivering relevant products, services, and education tailored to help our members, employees, and communities achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
