Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator 
Location: Tualatin, OR 97062  
Duration: 6 Months
 
About the Role:
  • As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks.
  • This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
  • Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
  • Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors.
  • Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic repairs of tools.
  • Maintain upkeep of the stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
  • Perform labeling of materials under required procedures.
  • Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
