Indotronix is seeking an :Integration Tool Engineer / Project Management Level 1, El Segundo, CA

Job Description

The Integration Tool Engineer / Project Management professional will support tooling programs within the aerospace manufacturing environment by coordinating technical, financial, and scheduling activities across multiple projects. This role works closely with design engineering, manufacturing engineering, business management, scheduling, and program leadership teams to ensure tooling projects meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

Responsibilities include performing Control Account Management (CAM) duties, supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), monitoring project budgets and forecasts, coordinating staffing requirements, and supporting tooling fabrication efforts both onsite and offsite. The role also involves risk assessments, status reporting, requirements tracking, stakeholder presentations, and facilitating cross-functional meetings to support program execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Experience with project coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, or program management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM)
  • Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing programs
  • Knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), forecasting, and risk management
  • Experience working with cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPTs)
  • Familiarity with tooling, fabrication, or aircraft manufacturing environments
