Being the best pizza delivery company in the world requires exceptional team members working together. At Domino's Pizza, our people come first!  

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team! 

IMMEDIATE HIRE!  Short or Long shifts - YOUR CHOICE!  

Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement- see below for details). 

Flexible Scheduling! Part time and Full-time hours available - Work the shifts that work for you!  

ABOUT THE JOB:  

Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday. 

Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses - OR - use one of our company provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history. and clean driving record to use the company car). Safe driving record is a must!  

Our drivers have access to cutting edge technology that makes the SAFE Delivery of Domino's products faster than our competition. More efficient deliveries = more money! 

Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule. Whether you want to work Part time or Full time, we have shifts available to fit your needs!  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report). Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance. Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products. Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions. 

WORK CONDITIONS 

Exposure to: 

  • Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product or distributing flyers and door hangers 

  • Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside - In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas 

  • Fumes from food odors, including exposure to cornmeal dust 

  • Compact work areas including walk-in cooler 

  • Hot surfaces/tools including oven reaching 500 degrees or higher 

  • Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts 

PHYSICAL DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS 

Including but not limited to:  

Walking/Carrying/Climbing 

Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. During delivery, the driver must carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties. During delivery of product, navigation of 5+ flights of stairs may be required. 

Driving 

Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area. Delivery drivers may make several deliveries per shift.  

Stooping/Bending 

Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching and bending peformed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. 

Reaching  

Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. 

Hand Tasks 

Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Frequent activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes. Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.  

Sensing 

Talking and hearing on telephone. Depth perception as well as Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Far and night vision required for driving
