Tarboro Health & Rehabilitation is looking to add PM shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to our growing team of caregivers! The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse's role is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Licensed Practical Nurse's role involves passing medication and completing assessments and treatments, as well as documenting the provision of these services and occasionally participating in activities of daily living care or assisting the nursing assistants. 

The ideal candidate would have long term care experience, a positive attitude and bedside manner, and a love for working with people.

Must posess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina (NC) or a compact license that allows you to practice in NC.
