This remote position allows you to work flexibly while still being part of a supportive team. Most of your work will be conducted during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, providing evidenced-based recommendations for tailored care plans.
• Collaborate closely with other health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to develop and implement holistic treatment strategies.
• Equip clients and their families with practical resources and therapeutic techniques to enhance their mental health journey and facilitate lasting change.
• Utilize modern therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to elevate service quality and adapt to the evolving needs of clients.
• Document all interactions and interventions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Engage in continued professional development through training and workshops aimed at enhancing clinical competencies and best practices in mental health care.

As an LCSW at Personal Evolution Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions. A particular focus on older adults will allow you to address unique challenges faced by this population, creating personalized interventions that enhance their quality of life and emotional well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Robust foundation in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective intervention strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with social work practices.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of social work, ideally within mental health settings.
• Experience working with older adult populations will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with integrated health models or familiarity with community resources in Reno, Nevada is preferred.
