We're hiring a CSR / Operations Support team member to help keep our customers happy and our daily operations running smoothly. This role is a mix of customer service, scheduling, and behind-the-scenes coordination perfect for someone who's organized, personable, and likes variety in their day.
Schedule6:00 AM 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Remote, with one in-office meeting per month
Rotating Saturday coverage with other office staff
What you'll do- Be the go-to contact for customer questions, updates, and concerns
- Build and adjust contractor routes to keep schedules efficient and on track
- Monitor schedules to make sure contractors arrive on time for every appointment
- Process billing and invoicing accurately and on time
- Keep communication flowing between customers, contractors, and the office
- Track job status and help resolve issues as they come up
