Job description

The Lodge at Mills River is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our fantastic team of caregivers. This position is from 8am-4pm Monday through Friday, and is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· First point of contact for our residents, visitors, and staff

· Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

· Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and vendors

· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

· Assist with light administrative duties

· Support other team members with administrative tasks, as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred, but not required

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
