We Ship Express is a nationwide provider of warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics services specializing in the wine, beer, and spirits industry. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to help support our daily operations at our St. Charles facility.

Shift

Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Position Summary

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in receiving, preparing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare shipments by packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
  • Verify order accuracy through quality inspections
  • Assist with cross-docking, box assembly, and other warehouse support functions
  • Maintain inventory organization and housekeeping throughout the warehouse
  • Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
  • Complete additional warehouse assignments as directed by management

Qualifications

  • Strong attendance and reliability
