Kitting & Assembly Associate
$22.60/hr | Monday–Friday | Waukegan, IL
Looking for a hands-on role with a leading healthcare company? Join a clean, organized production environment where you'll help assemble medical kits and procedure trays used in hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a global healthcare leader while working in a team-oriented environment focused on quality and accuracy.
Kitting & Assembly Associate Duties:
  • Assemble medical kits and procedure trays following detailed work instructions
  • Select and verify components for accuracy
  • Package and label completed products for shipment
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Complete production documentation as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and cleanliness standards
Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday
  • 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Overtime on Saturdays as needed
Pay:
  • $22.60 per hour
Assignment Length:
  • Expected to last 2–4 months
  • Potential for extension based on business needs
Kitting & Assembly Associate Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
