Midway Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Lake Zurich, IL. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply!

Location: Lake Zurich, IL

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM

Pay Rate:
$16.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Duties:

  • Assemble components and parts according to standard work instructions.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production needs.

Requirements:
