Job description

Rock Pros USA is seeking a dependable Loader Operator to support quarry and crushing operations at our Chloride site. This is a hands-on role requiring safe, efficient equipment operation and a strong team mindset. The Loader Operator plays a critical role in production by feeding the plant, managing stockpiles, supporting shipping operations, and assisting with plant and site needs.
Loader operation may include, but is not limited to: Feed loader (crusher feed), Stockpile loader, Shipping loader, Mining loader
Additional equipment operation may be assigned based on experience and operational needs and can include: Dozer, Excavator, Hammer hoe, Haul truck.
This position requires flexibility and a willingness to get out of the cab to assist with plant operations, screen changes, unclogging crushers, cleanup, and general labor tasks as needed.

Requirements
What we are looking for

  • 2-3 years of heavy equipment operation experience, preferably with front-end loaders
  • Experience in quarry, mining, or crushing environments preferred
  • Willingness to operate additional equipment as assigned
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with MSHA and company safety policies
  • Ability to assist with basic plant maintenance and general labor tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active MSHA certification (or ability to obtain/refresh)
  • Experience in crushing or aggregate operations
  • Mechanical aptitude or basic equipment maintenance knowledge
