Love Where You Work! Towne Properties is hiring a Construction Laborer/Turnover Technician to join our Special Projects Rehab team in Cincinnati, OH. Location: The Monastery - Towne Asset Services

Payrate: $23-$28/hr based on experience

Schedule Hours: Mondayโ€“Friday schedule (7:30 AMโ€“4:00 PM)


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Complete punch-outs, turnovers, and minor construction repairs (e.g., gutters, drywall, painting, lighting, fencing, and minor roof repairs).
  • Moves or replaces appliances as needed.
  • Follows all safety procedures and properly uses safety equipment.
  • Maintains tools and equipment and completes required paperwork on time.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, apartment turnovers, punch-out work, or a related trade
  • OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, light carpentry, appliance handling, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and required safety equipment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work efficiently and to quality standards
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments
