Marketing Director – Senior Living

About Monastery Heights:

Monastery Heights Senior Living and Memory Care is a vibrant assisted living and memory care community set within a beautifully restored former monastery. We are committed to enriching the lives of our residents by providing compassionate care, a sense of belonging, and a strong community connection.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role is responsible for driving occupancy through strategic marketing, lead generation, referral development, and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and execute marketing and outreach strategies to maintain high occupancy.

  • Conduct tours, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to convert leads into move-ins.

  • Build strong relationships with referral partners (hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabs, social workers, case managers, etc.).

  • Coordinate community engagement events and professional networking opportunities.

  • Contribute to digital marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns in collaboration with regional support.

  • Track and report activity.

  • Support smooth resident transitions and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Strongly preferred experience in marketing/sales, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of assisted living and memory care services is a plus.
