SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Clinical Geneticist to join the Division of Medical Genetics at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.

This academic opportunity offers clinical care, research, and teaching within a collaborative genetics program. The role is available at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, with rank and compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Position Highlights:

As a member of the Division of Medical Genetics, you will:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient genetics care
• Evaluate and manage genetic and inherited conditions
• Participate in multidisciplinary and specialized clinics
• Collaborate on prenatal and cancer genetics services
• Teach, mentor, and contribute to research and quality improvement
• Help advance a comprehensive genetics program

About the Division of Medical Genetics:

Led by Stephen R. Braddock, MD, the Division of Medical Genetics provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient genetics services across the region. The team includes:

• Clinical Geneticists
• A Clinical Cytogeneticist
• A Molecular Geneticist
• Eight Genetic Counselors

The division partners closely with pediatric specialties and women's health services and provides access to comprehensive on-site diagnostic laboratories. Faculty also have opportunities for clinical and molecular genetics research.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified through the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG)
• Certification or Active Candidate Status in Clinical Genetics and Genomics
• Biochemical Genetics training or certification is welcomed
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Commitment to patient-centered care, education, and scholarly achievement
