Job description

Springborn Staffing is assisting a local food and beverage manufacturer in the Greater Portland area to fill an open Production Associate position. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you will be involved in processing, handling, and packaging high-quality perishable products. This position focuses heavily on safe manufacturing practices and requires strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Duties: Assist in batching and handling raw ingredients while strictly following written recipes and production protocols.
  • Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize production equipment, vats, molds, and workspaces.
  • Packaging and Orders: Cut, wrap, and pack finished goods and help fulfill customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality and maintain accurate batch and inventory logs.
