SLB Freightage Inc. is hiring CDL A Local Flatbed Drivers in the Indianapolis, IN area. SLB Freightage is a third-party delivery service for a large home improvement company. Drivers will be safely delivering finished goods and raw materials for residential and business customers. Drivers are expected to be safety-focused, reliable, and committed to timely deliveries.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $27
  • Averagehours weekly: 40-45
    • Overtimepayafter40 hours
  • Bonuses:
    • $2,500 Sign on bonus: $500 paid after 30 days, $1,000 paid after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months
    • $2,000 Driver referral bonus: $500 paid after 1 week, $500 paid after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months
    • Quarterly safety bonus (no violations or accidents)
    • Monthly attendance bonus: $75 - $100

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Home time: Home daily
  • Schedule: Monday Saturday
  • Shift: Day shift starting at 6:00 am
    • 8-12 stops per day
  • Route: Greater Indianapolis area
  • Level of Touch:Load and unload materials using moffett forklift, load securement using straps, and some shrink wrapping of pallets
    • There are no inside deliveries, deliveries will be made to outdoor hard surfaces only

Equipment

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiabletractor-trailer driving experience
  • Moffett forklift experience preferred
  • No DUI/DWIs in last 7 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen & background check
  • Hiring Radius:Drivers must live within the Indianapolis, IN area
    • There are multiple store locations available to be hired for in the area
