We are seeking an innovative, data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead the EverHealth growth marketing organization across the DrChrono, CollaborateMD, and Updox brands. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin developing and executing high-impact growth strategies thatdrivebrand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer advocacy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Head of Growth Marketing willbe responsible foroverseeing all aspects of growth marketing,acrossstrategic planning, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategy forEverHealthportfolio across acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.

  • Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage strategic agency partnerships to execute scalable growth marketing programs across inbound and outbound channels.

  • Partner closely with key stakeholdersacross commercial and cross-functional teams,ensuring strategic marketing alignment withEverHealthbusinessobjectives.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase market sharewith ICPbuying personas.

  • Oversee creation and execution of integrated campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, includingpaiddigital,organic (SEO+AEO),socialmedia,emailand events.

  • Develop and execute partner marketing initiatives including co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-driven lead generation programs.

  • Develop and refine inbound marketing programs to attract and engage prospects, including creation of high-value content and experiences that resonate with our target audiences.

  • Own outbound campaigncalendar includingaudience targeting,datastrategy, messaging,and coordination with sales and revenue operations teams.

  • Develop and implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.

  • Partner withProduct Marketing toensure strategic alignmenttoEverHealthICPs, buying personas and messaging frameworks across all campaign channels.

Performance and Analytics:

  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, marketing attributed revenue, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed,remainingwithinallocatedmarketing budget.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degreea plus.

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years in marketing withdemonstratedexperience in a leadership role.

  • Proven success in drivinggrowth,revenueand retention

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition techniques and cost optimization.

  • Experience in Healthcaretechor B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
