Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE.
  • Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
  • Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
  • Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes.
  • BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering.
