As a PI Module Support Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling successful module execution and operational excellence. You will partner closely with Process Integration Module Engineers to analyze data, coordinate experiments, and manage daytoday execution that keeps technology nodes on track. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive on ownership, precision, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with PI Module Engineers to analyze data, support conversions, and drive module execution
  • Coordinate experiments, lot movement, and conversion logistics across PI, process areas, and organizational change
  • Provide modulelevel support including GCP creation, conversion reviews, SWR troubleshooting, and documentation updates
  • Analyze process and operational data to support SWR resolution and module performance improvement
  • Support achievementrisk management through Pareto analysis, priority tagging, and cycletime awareness

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related technical field
  • Experience in Process Integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module engineering support
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and advise engineering decisions
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills including SWR troubleshooting and rootcause analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate execution in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Micron experience in DRAM Process Integration, Advanced Packaging, or Organizational Change
  • Familiarity with DRAM or bond process flows and inline detection methodologies
  • Experience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion support
  • Understanding of cycletime optimization and prioritybased lot management
