We're a team that's focused on growth and innovation, and we're proud that our crew, products, and leadership are being recognized for it.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist - People & Culture at LVT, you will be the architect of growth for our most valuable asset: the Crew. This role sits at the intersection of technical mastery and leadership development, ensuring our team members are equipped with both the specialized skills to handle our advanced hardware and the leadership acumen to scale with the company. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal training, from curriculum design to LMS optimization, directly impacting our ability to innovate at speed.
This role is based fully in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver comprehensive and compliant training curriculum for new hires, employee and leadership skill development.
  • Leadership Programming: Develop and facilitate high-impact leadership training modules for emerging and established managers to foster a culture of high performance and "scrappy" innovation.
  • LMS Architecture: Act as the primary administrator for our Learning Management System, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and data-driven.
  • Needs Analysis: Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps and proactively build training interventions that align with LVT's quarterly and annual strategic goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality training assets, including video tutorials, technical manuals, and interactive workshops that distill complex technical concepts into digestible learning paths.
  • Onboarding Integration: Collaborate with the People Team to ensure new hires receive a world-class technical introduction to LVT technology from day one.
  • Impact Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their direct impact on operational efficiency and employee retention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends in L&D and LVT's evolving product roadmap to ensure all internal enablement remains cutting-edge and relevant.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Bigger Picture: You connect the dots between learning initiatives and organizational impact, ensuring every enablement program drives the company's mission forward.
  • Seasoned Facilitator: You have 4+ years of experience in internal enablement or L&D, specifically within a high-growth technology or hardware environment.
  • Technical Literacy: You have a proven ability to learn complex technical systems quickly and translate them into clear, instructional content for diverse audiences.
  • LMS Expert: You possess advanced experience managing and optimizing Learning Management Systems to drive engagement and track compliance.
  • Strategic Thinker: You don't just "check boxes" for training; you look at the big picture to see how enablement drives bottom-line business results.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You are comfortable commanding a room, whether you are teaching technical workflows to engineers or leadership principles to executives.
  • Scrappy & Innovative: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are willing to build programs from the ground up where no blueprint currently exists.
  • Relationship Builder: You have a natural ability to partner across departments, earning the trust of technical experts and business leaders alike.
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in the quality of your work, ensuring that every training manual or video is professional, accurate, and on-brand.

BENEFITS
We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew's health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office. Full-time benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
