They are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance File System Development Engineer to build next-generation file systems and tackle challenges in massive data storage and high-speed data access.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the architectural design and core module development of high-performance file systems, with a strong focus on optimizing performance for data intensive workloads.
• Conduct performance analysis and tuning, resolving bottlenecks related to high concurrency, low latency, and high throughput.
• Design and implement efficient data storage, access, and management mechanisms, optimizing I/O paths for maximum efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of distributed file systems, addressing challenges related to data consistency, fault tolerance, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Engage in technical research and innovation, exploring new storage technologies and architectures.
Qualifications:

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming, with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, network programming, and multi-threaded programming.
