Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Duration:-6 months to 12 months (with a high possibility of extension)

Job Responsibilities:-

ServiceNow Developer SACM (CMDB, Asset Management, Configuration Management)

Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation.

Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client's ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.

Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules

Develop ServiceNow Design Documentation

Develop User Stories for ServiceNow releases

Perform ServiceNow Application Configuration

Develop Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules

Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus

Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems

Create and update Documentation for ServiceNow code and configurations

Expertise in ServiceNow (Helsinki release)

Strong understanding of ITIL v3 Service Operation processes


Job Requirements/Technical Skills:

Strong capability to perform

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Any ServiceNow Certification
