Manufactured / Mobile Home Dealership Sales Professional

Established and Busy dealership is looking for an experienced Manufactured Home salesperson with a proven track record. You will be working with walk-in customers guiding them to choose their new home

This is an in-house full-time sales position for an excellent employer which is an established dealership that takes pride in excellent customer service

As a commissioned salesperson you will make a great salary capped only by your ambition and ability

Job Duties

Service walk-in buyers, following up on Internet leads, providing home information, supporting permit applications, work with building contractors and most important: negotiating sales, and managing customer relationships

Strong communication and deal negotiation skills

Manage a customer pipeline with regular follow ups to work with buyers working through the buying process

Proven ability to close deals using common sense and good judgement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100K and well above based on attractive commision
