Job Description Job Description As a Deckhand with 41 North Offshore, you will be an essential part of the crew, helping to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations. This hands-on position involves maintaining the vessel, assisting with docking and navigation activities, and supporting cargo handling operations. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced maritime environment.

You will work closely with the Captain and fellow crew members to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Maintain the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the vessel. Assist with navigation, docking, and mooring operations.

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. Support loading and unloading of cargo and equipment. Handle mooring lines, rigging, and related deck equipment.

Follow all safety procedures and properly use required protective equipment. Learn and understand vessel safety protocols, including the location and operation of firefighting and lifesaving equipment such as fire extinguishers, life preservers, work vests, and life floats. Participate in safety meetings, drills, audits, and training sessions in accordance with company and customer requirements.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
