What are modular homes in India?

Modular homes in India are prefabricated houses built using sections (modules) that are constructed in a factory setting and then transported to the site for assembly. These homes offer faster construction times, cost efficiency, and consistent quality compared to traditional site-built homes. Modular homes can be customized to suit various needs and are designed to meet local building codes. They are becoming increasingly popular in India due to their flexibility, sustainability, and affordability.
