What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in modular home construction projects?

Professionals in modular home construction often encounter challenges related to coordinating precise timelines between off-site manufacturing and on-site assembly. Effective communication is crucial, as teams must ensure that modules are built to exact specifications and delivered in the correct sequence. Weather delays, site preparation issues, and local permitting requirements can also impact project schedules. Modular homes are durable, energy-efficient, and can appreciate in value much like site-built houses.
