Peoplelink Staffing, is in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Fayetteville TN area, seeking a experienced Electrician Tech join their team! This is an Indoor position, so no need to worry about getting rained out!
Job Summary:
The Production Technician - Electrician role is a hands-on position on the manufacturing floor responsible for installing, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in modular homes during the manufacturing process. Working as part of a production team, this position ensures all electrical installations meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable local, state, and national electrical codes. The Electrician plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality homes on schedule.
This position is ideal for an experienced Electrician or construction professional who prefers a controlled factory environment, values quality workmanship, and thrives in a team-based production setting.
Pay: $18.50-22.50 an hour based on experience
Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in Electrical, residential construction, modular construction, or a related skilled trade.
  • Basic understanding of IRC/IBC residential code requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to perform hands-on work in a production environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work a fixed production schedule.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
  • Prior modular or manufactured housing experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
