Job description

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To modify and fabricate components using machining tools to deliver manufacturing production demands

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

•Maintain standard 5S expectations

•Fabricate and modify parts based on print specifications, drawings, or verbal instruction

•Work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to support production and customer delivery goals

•Assist with creating custom parts as needed

•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

•Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

•Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations and company and departmental goals and objectives

•Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

•Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

•Read and comprehend prints and drawings

•Machine to close tolerances as specified by drawings, prints, or verbal instructions

•Use precision measuring devices which includes micrometers, calipers, and height gauges

•Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Must have:

•Good verbal and written communication skills

•A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

•No experience required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

•Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

PREFERRED EDUCATION

•High School Diploma or GED

•Technical School Training Certification

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
