The Technical Delivery Lead (TDL)is responsible forleading the successful delivery of all technical projects, implementations, infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, and professional services engagements across AlphaKOR clients.

The TDL serves as the primary technical leader within the Technical Delivery Team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and according to AlphaKOR standards. This role bridges Solution Architecture, Project Management, and Technical Execution by transforming approved designs into successful client outcomes.

The TDL provides technical leadership, resource coordination, delivery governance, quality assurance, and escalation support whilemaintainingexceptional client experiences throughout project lifecycles.


  • Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization projects.
  • Develop and oversee project execution plans, ensuring solutions are implemented to approved designs and AlphaKOR quality and security standards.
  • Serve as the primary technical authority throughout project kickoff, deployment, migration, and go-live.
  • Coordinate technical resources and monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, and quality.
  • Manage technical dependencies, risks, issues, and change activities.
  • Ensure project documentation and implementation standards are complete and maintained.
  • Assign tasks and resources, balance workloads, and support project scheduling and capacity planning.
  • Mentor and coach Implementation Technicians and contribute to technical performance and development planning.
  • Provide technical guidance across Microsoft, Azure/Cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Validate solution architecture and implementation quality.
  • Maintain deployment standards, playbooks, templates, and SOPs while driving standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and technical obstacles, escalating concerns when required.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and support critical project recovery initiatives when needed.
  • Act as the senior technical contact throughout client engagements, participating in client meetings, technical reviews, and executive discussions as required.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones while ensuring a professional, structured, and low-disruption client experience.
  • Ensure successful transition of completed projects into support operations.
  • Validate documentation, monitoring, backups, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate project handoffs with IT Systems - Remote and IT Systems - Onsite teams and ensure operational acceptance requirements are met.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience delivering complex IT projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in an MSP environment.
  • Previousexperience leading technical resources or project teams.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Microsoft Azure Administrator
