  • Lead and manage data modernization projects within wealth and asset management sectors, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with data teams, technology partners, and business stakeholders to define project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure quality control and validation of data migration and modernization activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within wealth or asset management data modernization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, modernization strategies, and related technologies.
  • Experience working with data migration, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging senior executives and technical teams.
