Sr. Project Manager / Project Manager (IAM Modernization)
Client: Kentucky Office of the Attorney General (Child Support Services)
Location: Frankfort, KY (Hybrid preferred, Remote considered)
Type: Full-Time Contract
Overview
The Kentucky Office of the Attorney General is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical transformation and modernization initiatives within Child Support Services. The primary focus will be managing the implementation of a new Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution while partnering with stakeholders across OIS, COT, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
  • Manage IAM and cybersecurity transformation projects.
  • Drive identity lifecycle modernization and Zero Trust initiatives.
  • Lead large-scale migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, status reporting, and governance artifacts.
  • Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, testing, cutover planning, and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops, secure approvals, and ensure successful project adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • Deep expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Authentication and identity security
    • Provisioning workflows
    • Access controls
    • SAML, OIDC, SCIM
    • Enterprise security architecture
  • Proven leadership of technical and engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience
  • Public sector, health and human services, or child support modernization projects.
  • Experience with:
    • Azure / AWS
    • Azure SQL / AWS RDS

    • Control-M
