Misión:

Gestionar estrategias y estudios de compensación alineados al mercado y marco legal para asegurar la equidad y competitividad del negocio.


Descripción:

¡Queremos formar parte de tu vida! Como Consultor de Compensación te encargarás de las siguientes actividades:



  • Analizar y valuar los puestos de EPL asegurando la equidad de los puestos dentro de la estructura organizacional.

  • Contribuir en la generación de estrategias para EPL asegurando la competitividad de remuneración y propuesta de valor.

  • Contribuir en las iniciativas de optimización y automatización de procesos y herramientas garantizando efectividad en los procesos.

  • Apoyar en diversas actividades a los BPs de compensaciones garantizando la uniformidad en el criterio de toma de decisiones.

  • Realizar los cálculos mensuales de acuerdo con los indicadores del modelo de productividad del Contact Center (compensación variable)

  • Análisis y estrategia salarial de la Dirección General y áreas Staff

Contamos con horario híbrido, una parte de tu día trabajarás en el Corporativo y por la tarde de manera remota:


Lunes a Jueves: corporativo 7:00 a 13:00 hrs. / remoto 16:00 a 18:00 hrs. / Viernes: corporativo 7:00 a 13:00 hrs.
