Role Summary

We are seeking an experiencedย OT Cybersecurity Architectย to lead cybersecurity, cyber resilience, and regulatory compliance initiatives in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses onย Rockwell PLC (ControlLogix/CompactLogix)ย systems,ย Ignition SCADA, and compliance withย EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA),ย IEC 62443/ISA99,ย ISA 95,ย GMP, andย FDA 21 CFR Part 11.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadย CRA implementation and gap assessmentsย for OT systems.
  • Define and maintainย global OT reference architectureย (Purdue model, zones & conduits, DMZ).
  • Secure and hardenย Rockwell PLCsย andย Ignition SCADAย environments.
  • Performย OT cyber risk assessmentsย and threat modelling.
  • Implement secure configuration baselines for servers and engineering workstations.
  • Ensure compliance withย GMP & FDA 21 CFR Part 11ย (audit trails, electronic records, RBAC).
  • Supportย Computer System Validation (CSV)ย documentation (URS/NFR/FS/DS/IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Define patch management and vulnerability handling processes for validated OT systems.
  • Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.
