PRECONSTRUCTION INTERN (Summer '27)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Support the preconstruction team through all phases of estimating and project planning
โ€ข Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid analyses, and value engineering recommendations
โ€ข Assist with subcontractor solicitation, bid review, negotiations, and subcontract administration
โ€ข Maintain historical cost, unit pricing, and subcontractor databases
โ€ข Develop working knowledge of market costs, general conditions, and preliminary scheduling
โ€ข Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
โ€ข Utilize Revit models and project documentation to support estimating efforts
SALARY DETAILS:
Salary Range: $18/hr - $28/hr
