Job description

Kizuki International LLC is seeking a full-time Research Analyst to work at its office in Redmond, WA. Candidate must have at least a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or Computational Finance and Risk Management. Candidate duties will include: Conduct advanced quantitative and analytical research using mathematical, statistical, and optimization techniques to evaluate financial performance, operational efficiency, and resource allocation across multiple business units. (30%) Design, develop, and evaluate quantitative models, simulation frameworks, and analytical tools to support financial forecasting, cost optimization, labor efficiency analysis, and long-term strategic planning initiatives. (20%) Analyze and interpret outputs from optimization models, simulation analyses, and statistical research to assess trade-offs, risks, and potential outcomes, and to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making. (10%) Utilize econometric, statistical, and quantitative modeling techniques to develop and refine analytical frameworks used for financial forecasting, operational optimization, scenario analysis, and performance measurement. (10%) Define analytical methodologies, modeling assumptions, and data requirements to support research objectives, ensuring data integrity, methodological consistency, and analytical accuracy. (10%) Prepare comprehensive written reports, summaries, and presentations communicating research findings, analytical conclusions, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
