Blueprints is hiring a Pyramid Model Coach to join our Early Learning Team!
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years preschool teaching experience and supervisory experience required.
  • Bachelors Degree (Master's preferred) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Minimum of 3 years Early Childhood experience required. Experience with Practice-Based Coaching, Pyramid Model, PBIS, TPOT, and data analysis preferred.

This position supports the implementation of the Pyramid Model and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across Early Learning programs by providing coaching, training, data analysis, and classroom support. The role collaborates with leadership teams, educators, consultants, and families to promote developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive practices that enhance positive social-emotional development and mental health outcomes for young children. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, monitoring behavioral and program data, delivering professional development, ensuring compliance with program standards and regulations, and serving as a resource to staff and partners. The position also participates in program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining regular communication with leadership and supporting classroom operations as needed.
