What you’ll do

As an Operating Model Consultant, you’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help HLS clients transform how their organizations operate. You’ll contribute to high‑profile transformations while developing expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation.

  • Design future‑state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Assess organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
