Job description

Job Title: Local Brand Promoter (Events & Festivals)
Company: 3 Dragons Brewing / The Dragon’s Den
Location: Lake Worth Beach, FL (local travel required)
Overview
We are looking for a reliable, outgoing Local Brand Promoter to represent our beverage brand at local festivals, markets, and events.
This is a part-time, event-based role (1–2 days per week) focused on engaging the public, promoting our products, and driving customers to our bar, The Dragon’s Den.
This is not a passive booth position. You will be expected to actively interact with people and create energy around the brand.
Responsibilities
Set up and break down event booth/tent
Actively engage attendees and start conversations
Educate customers on our beverages (THC, kava, botanical)
Promote our bar and drive customer visits
Capture leads (QR/email signups)
Distribute promotional offers/cards
Maintain a clean, professional, branded setup
Report basic results after each event
Schedule
1–2 days per week
Primarily evenings and weekends
Events typically 3–8 hours
Compensation
$160–$220 per event (flat rate based on length)
+ performance bonuses:
$1 per verified signup
$3 per redeemed event card at our bar
$25–$75 bonus for hitting event sales targets
