Job Summary

CommunityCare Hazleton is seeking a Family Medicine or Med-Peds trained physician to care for patients of all ages at its growing primary care clinic in Hazle Township, PA.

Job Duties

CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger, qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is helpful but not required.

CommunityCare Hazleton, located in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania, is a comprehensive outpatient clinic offering primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, and specialty services all in one convenient location. Its setting in northeastern Pennsylvania provides an ideal balance of community-focused care and accessibility, with Philadelphia approximately two-hours away. The area also offers close proximity to other major cities such as Scranton, Allentown, and New York City, making it an attractive location for both providers and patients who value access to larger metropolitan areas while working and living in a more affordable, community-oriented setting
