Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality & Consistency:
  • Deliver consistent, excellent drinks and coach the team to do the same.
  • Maintain standardized recipes to meet quality, taste, texture, and appearance standards.
  • Dial in espresso and steam milk regularly for balanced, well-extracted drinks.
  • Speed & Efficiency:
  • Manage peak times calmly and efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Lead by example in maintaining an organized station and keeping the line moving under pressure.
  • Act as secondary cashier during rushes, ensuring service speed without compromising quality.
