This is a unique opportunity to shape client relations & business development for an industry disruptor in employer-sponsored advanced primary care.
What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, relaying feedback and insights to services development
  • Own the Customer Ladder - move clients from users to champions to referrers.
  • Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact-driven insights.
  • Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions.
  • Launch and manage our "Gold Partner" client tier model.
  • Train and empower clients to become active referrers.
